My Past
My sleep journey began over 15 years ago, long before I ever imagined building a business around it. At the time, I was searching for answers to persistent hormone imbalances, chronic stress, and anxiety. What I didn’t realize then was that every health path I explored kept quietly leading me back to the same root issue: SLEEP, an underrated, misunderstood, and deeply personal foundation of our well-being.
Like so many, I lived by the mindset of “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” I chased band-aid solutions instead of the real cause. Eventually, my nervous system decided for me; I experienced an adrenal burnout. A WAKE-UP call my body demanded from me.
It was only then that I grasped the significant impact sleep has on everything: our hormones, mood, energy, relationships, creativity, and resilience. Through intentional lifestyle shifts, deep self-study, and radical accountability, I slowly rebuilt my health by creating nightly rituals that transformed my life.
That transformation became the foundation of Sleep State of Mind.
My Present
Today, I work as a Sleep Practitioner and Sleep Architect, helping people who feel wired, restless, overwhelmed, and exhausted learn how to slow down, switch off, and build sustainable wind-down rituals that support better rest.
